The sun has set on an amazing life. One of the most wonderful memories I can think of at this moment was the day our son was born. Then seven years later she gave us the twins. Besides being grateful for our amazing children, I am thankful for the treasure trove of memories that I have of my life with Linda. I'm reminded of a saying I heard awhile back: "Wherever a beautiful soul has been there is a trail of beautiful memories. – Ronald Reagan"
Nobody sees a flower — really — it is so small it takes time — we haven’t time — and to see takes time, like to have a friend takes time. Linda was the fragrance of my life for a time. She was someone I could depend on. I honor our life together by focusing on the joy we shared.
She is now amongst the angels, flying high above the sky with her love still watching over us. It brings many tears to our eyes. Her spirit will still be with us. This does not mean the end, for we will be here for her until our time will end. We will never forget her. She meant too much to us. We will speak to her in heaven, and we will discuss our days with her. Our tears that fall here today will remind us of her life and how she shared her love with everyone.
Just Be There!

There are so many memories of Linda and time spent with Linda, far too many to list here. My fondest memory was a girl’s sleep over at my house with Linda, Elizabeth and me. We were like 3 13 year old girls, talking and sharing and giggling into the wee hours of the morning. Linda’s girls are my nieces by choice and picking them up every week to babysit for choir and watching them grow into beautiful young women who love the Lord has been a joy. My mom and Linda also shared a strong bond of love and sisterhood, so much so that when my mom knew her time was short, she commissioned Linda to commissioned Linda to look out for her kids after she was gone. Linda was meek, she was kind, she was self-sacrificing, she was a light, she was love, patient, wise and funny! She always had a sweet and sometimes a mischievous smile on her face! She loved her family and her extended church family. She gave so much of herself to others without a thought: that was just her nature. She was a shining example of the love of Christ. She was my friend. I loved her from the first time I met her. What a gift Linda was to all of us.
