My condolences to family. Andy was always a fun human. He will be missed. He was a party person and generous with anyone dear to him. With the band he was an attraction to watch. He got the crowd onto the dance floor. I hold beautiful memories. God bless him.

Andy and I grew up together on the west side of Red Bank. We shared so many memories fortunately we stayed in touch and were friends on Facebook as well. Please accept my condolences and those of my wife. She knew Andy from his teaching responsibilities apart from me.

Andy and my mom (Marie Marascio) graduated from RBHS, Class of 1960. His mom and my grandmother, Lucrezia Marascio, were friends.
I had him for 7th grade math at Tinton Falls School. He was a great teacher, and mentor. He even tutored me when I was in HS (catholic school, nuns) and helped me pass. Now, thanks to him, I'm a math nerd. Rest in peace, Mr. Rovito. You were one of the best.
