Obituary of Thomas E. Shields, III

Thomas E. Shields III, Attorney – son of Thomas E. Shields Junior (deceased 2000) and Vivian Shields of Randolph, NJ died peacefully on Saturday evening, June 24th 2023 in Rockledge, FL while in hospice care.

He is survived by his wife Maureen of Viera, FL; children: Tom Shields IV of Winter Springs, FL (wife Kristin and daughter Olivia); Matthew Shields of Elmsford, NY (wife Victoria and children Daisy and Peter); Theresa Lorello of Satellite Beach, FL (husband Stephen and son Augustin).  Siblings: Michael Shields of Dallas, TX; Mary Polverino of Barrington, RI; Christopher Shields of Randolph, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral Mass will take place on Saturday July 1, 2023 at Saint John the Evangelist Parish, Viera, FL at 11:00 AM, burial at Florida Memorial Gardens to follow liturgy.
