Uncle Ronnie,
You were a wonderful person with the kindest of hearts. I still recall the flash hurricane that hit Fire Island one summer that forced the Tomlinson family of 7 from the island. You took us into your home for a few days and made us feel welcome and happy. I will cherish the memories of boat trips, baked clams, and fun times with you and your family.
To Aunt Joan, Diana, Nancy and Susan:
Ronnie was a great man and I'm sure he is sailing the eternal heavans right now. Thank you for sharing him with me and the Tomlinson family

Uncle Ronnie, You have been such an inspiration to me over my life time. I have such clear memories of taking family vacations to Fire Island and visiting you on Long Island. The crabbing boat trips were also very memorable. You always treated our family with the love and devotion that will be remembered forever. Aunt Joan and cousins Diana, Nancy, and Susan, you had a wonderful dad and caring husband.

To the Wardle Family and especially Joan O'Shea. The Lottman Family entends our thoughts and prayers to you all.
I remember you all extremely well. One great memory of Ron was to take me out Jacking for crabs at night and come home with baskets full of crabs! I never got bitten by a crab because of Ron's knowledge of how to handle those angry critters. That teaching I passed along to my sons and they inturn will pass along to their kids. The boat "RONJO" leaves many a great story and memory with my family and truly me. Thank you Ron.
With love to all,
Cortley

Smile because he Lived
You can shed tears that he is gone, or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him,
or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone, or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn back,
or you can do what he would want:
Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

You will be missed.
