Obituary of Florence O'Niel

Florence Eleanor O’Niel, 85, died Monday, September 28, 2009 in Cocoa Beach. She was born in Grafton, West Virginia on July 18, 1924, to the late Dr. and Mrs. C. S. White and was raised in West Alexander, PA. She came to Florida in 1962 from Anchorage, Alaska. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in West Virginia, DAR, American Legion, TROA and the Buchanan and Graham Clan Societies and Riverside Presbyterian Church. Survivors include stepchildren, Michael O’Niel and Jeri Ann Jones of Oklahoma, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerold R. O’Niel, and stepson Daniel O’Niel. No local services are scheduled. A graveside service with full military honors will be in West Alexander, PA.
