Obituary of William "Bill" Jesson

INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH – William “Bill” Clifton Jesson, 90, formerly of Columbus, OH., and Miami, FL., passed away peacefully Monday evening, April 22, 2024 in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. He is predeceased by his wife Kathryn (nee Loomis) of 59 years of Columbus, OH., and his parents William and Esther Jesson of Dallas, TX. He is survived by his sons William (Kerina) of Satellite Beach, Robert (Kim) of Tampa, Bruce (Sandra) of Miami, grandchildren Robert, William (Madeline), Kaleena (Alex), Broderick and Matthew and great grandchildren Emilia and William. Bill is survived by his sister June (Larry) of Dallas, TX., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Bill was a proud graduate and life-long sports fan of Ohio State University and retired sales advertising manager for the Miami Herald for 40 years. He enjoyed coaching at Westwood Optimist and playing ball with his sons and grandchildren.
