Obituary of Margaret Fulshaw

Maggie (Lutz) Fulshaw, 91, passed away suddenly and peacefully, just as she had hoped, at her residence in Melbourne, Florida on April 1, 2022. She was the best Mom and Grammie anyone could have hoped for. Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Maggie was an incredible illustrator and artist who graduated from Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art. She lovingly raised her family in Middletown, NJ, as a caring and devoted homemaker. She loved cats, Josh Groban, Duke basketball, coffee, and more than anything, her three kids. The twinkle in her eye and her genuine smile never faded. Maggie is survived by her two daughters; Amanda Perez and husband, Ramon of Roswell, NM; Claudia Fulshaw and wife, Kelly Cottrell of Durham, NC; and son, Todd Fulshaw of Mebane, NC. Maggie had 7 grandchildren; Lydia Wampler and husband Kendall; Gloria Drew and husband Tristan; Abigail, Daniel, and Rex Perez; Kate and Jane Fulshaw; one great grandson David Lee Wampler, and her beloved sister-in-law, June Fulshaw. She is predeceased by her brothers Michael and Matthew Lutz, and husband, Donald Fulshaw. Maggie Fulshaw’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 4pm in Durham, NC.
