There is something so special about aunts, and Aunt Sharon was absolutely the best. I am so fortunate that I married into the family, and got to know this incredibly amazing lady. Boy did I love her! I am so grateful that I had over 30 years to spend with her, laugh with her, and have great conversations. We had many fun family dinners, that included lots of friends and family, and Aunt Sharon and Uncle Jesse were regulars. Aunt Sharon knew my children as babies, and she got to know my grandson as well. I am going to miss her so much, but I will love her forever.

Dear Sheryl and family,
Im so sorry for your loss. I am new to the hood (moved in in November) and knew Sharon for a very short season but what an impact she left on me. I remember coming into her home and instantly felt her warmth. I just wanted to drop off a bagel with lox and a pastrami knish, but we ended up chatting for over an hour. We found out that we both loved the show Outlander and instantly bonded over that. She gave me a tour of her home and was very excited to show me her bedroom. We walked in and there in the corner was a life size cardboard cut out of Jamie. She said with a straight face, thats my boyfriend and Im not sharing. Laughter erupted from the both of us. I knew I had found a new friend. Such a sense of humor she had, and the love and pride was evident when she talked about you and your children. We also talked food and recipes, and she told me you are an amazing cook; that she taught you everything you know. And my friend, Sam, confirmed it.
Im thankful that I got to meet your mom, even if it was briefly. I will think of her every time I watch Outlander now. Rest In Peace, Warrior Sharon. You will be missed.
